The Business Development Representative is responsible for nurturing existing partner relationships, providing value adding communications and training to existing partners and carriers to maximize quality referrals, vetting incoming referral leads, scheduling demonstrations with sales, and acting as a brand ambassador in order to drive business growth and the achievement of revenue targets.
A self-starting, driven, problem solving, organizing, relationship building, communicator with an obsessive personality, a hunger for learning, and the persistent to keep going until a solution has been achieved. Maniacal about the details. Passionate about adding value to clients by helping them understand what’s possible.
